CLEARLAKE The sentencing for a Napa County woman accused of sexually abusing a minor has been delayed for a third time.
Jeanette Ann Romo, 29, a former Lake County resident, faces a maximum of three years in prison for one felony charge of sexual abuse of a minor.
Romo took a plea bargain offered to her that dropped 10 felony sexual abuse counts if she pleaded guilty to one.
Her first sentencing was scheduled for April 21, but the case was continued once again, this time due to a scheduling snafu.
Romo still retains custody of her two children both boys from a previous marriage to county resident Anthony Romo.
The sentencing hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Friday, May 5 in Clearlake s Department 4 courtroom.
