4:20 p.m. Male, 28, of Clearlake arrested on the 13400 block of Lakeshore Drive for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

8:36 a.m. Theft of a bicycle, East State Highway 20.
5:24 p.m. Reporting party said he looked down the side of the hill on Morgan Valley Road and saw what he thought was a bone. Arrest made.
6:10 p.m. People are on reporting party s property and taking things. Civil assist.
9:50 p.m. Someone tried to steal a tape deck from a van. The thief is stuck in his vehicle in a vineyard on Highland Springs Road. Arrest made.
Monday, April 3
8:39 a.m. Theft of tools from home on Polo Field Road.
10:18 a.m. Officer initiated stop for a suspicious vehicle at Todd Road and Highway 29 ramp. Citizens assist.
8:18 p.m. Three white male adults in a bass boat looking through binoculers. It appeared they were messing with other people s boats. General services rendered.
10:41 p.m. Suspect has been making harassing phone calls to reporting party and fiancee, who has a restraining order against suspect. Report taken.

12:33 a.m. Officer stopped to check out suspicious vehicle at South Highway 29 and Park Way. Arrest made.
4:02 a.m. Emergency personnel on scene with an assault victim, Foothill Boulevard. General services rendered.
9:55 a.m. Report taken for a counterfeit $100 bill received, Mission Rancheria Road.
10:49 a.m. Female walking into and crossing traffic, Highway 175 and Highway 29. Outside agency assist.
12:06 p.m. Victim reports identification and bank accounts have been misued via the Internet. Report taken.
2:03 p.m. Residential burglary, Madrone Boulevard. Tools missing.
