* Accept the proposal and best and final offer submitted by Laidlaw Transit Services, Inc. for management, operations and maintenance services for Lake Transit Authority for the term July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2009, and authorize the transit manager to execute an agreement on behalf of Lake Transit Authority for an amount not to exceed $3,949,002 exclusive of pass-through expense for fuel, utilities, landscape maintenance, and major component rebuilds.

* Receive report concerning proposed bus schedule revisions and consider action to approve schedule enhancements for 2006/07.

* Adopt the Draft 2006/07 Lake Transit Authority tentative budget.
