While tuned into the 5 o?clock news, I noticed red license plates to be issued to drunk drivers. I got a great idea. Why don?t we tattoo a red cross on their forehead and paint a large red cross on their residence?
First of all, there is jail time, car impounded, possible lawyer and court, work missed, DUI classes, fines. Not to mention what your family goes through, and all the hell you go through to get your license back.
