For 32 years we have recided on the shoreline of Clear Lake. This is the first year that the dam control has favored Lake County flood concerns over Yolo County. They sharply increased the out flow as the lake level approached 9 feet on the Rumsey scale. We do not know who to thank for this change. I speak for every rimlander home owner on our lake, when I say thank you for a job well done. A special thank you to the Record-Bee for publishing the daily dam release rate.
