Roy Lewis Hayes, age 68, passed away May 15, 2006, at St. Helena Hospital.
He was born in Versailles, Mo., and was a 20-year resident of Lake County. He worked as a drywall installer for 30 years. Roy was a talented guitar player and singer, loved to fish, and could always make you laugh. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his daughters, Kelly and Stacy Hayes of Cobb; sisters, Ruth (Hank) Hanson of Temecula, and Betty (Lebanon) Spears of Hulbert, Okla.; sister, Lois Severns of Sturgeon, Mo.; and brother and sister in spirit, Russell and Mary Scott of Redding.
A graveside funeral service will be held at noon Tuesday, May 23 at the Kelseyville Cemetery.
