The family of Jack Jameson would like to say “thank you” to the following people who helped during Jack”s illness and cared for him during his final days: The Stanford Medical team of Drs. Norton, Kapp, Dormady and Jacobs, along with their nurse Vivian Leong; the entire staff at Oasis of Hope, you will always be remembered; ?Sutter”s Emergency team of Drs. Foster and Shifflet along with their nurses, Tom and Bob, very professional yet very sensitive; ?both the Kelseyville and Lakeport Fire Departments; Dr. Paul Farley and ?his staff, especially Gina; the office staff at Jameson”s Chiropractics, ?Linda, Sharon and Lainnie; the Hospice staff, Sue, Rowena and Sharon; Danny at ?Chapel of the Lake; Gordon Lewis, Mel Taylor and Rev. Kimbell-Auth for their contribution to the memorial service; and to his many friends who attended his memorial, brought food and hugs to our family, sent flowers, signed the Web guestbook and made donations in his memory.
He was indeed well loved and respected in this community and would have been proud of the send-off we gave him.
