Michael A. Bour Jr. passed away suddenly on May 18, 2006, at the home of his parents. Mike was born on March 1, 1967, in Los Gatos.
He is survived by his three daughters, Kaitlinn, Kirstinn and Karolinn; parents, Mike and Sharon Bour; brother, Jeff (Lori) Bour; sister Laura (Mike) Montgomery; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins, all who loved “Uncle Mikey.” Also surviving him was the mother of his children, Kathleen.
Mike had many interests and hobbies that he loved, but his favorite thing was spending time with his daughters. He was a wonderful father and he adored his beautiful girls.
He worked for many years at the Homestake Mine and made many friends there. He then went on to become a land surveyor, something he greatly enjoyed. Mike loved fishing, scuba diving and sports of all kinds. He was a great friend, son and brother. He also leaves behind many friends, some of whom he”d had since childhood. If you needed a hand, Mike was always right there ready to help. He was loved by many and will be missed by all.
A Memorial Service to celebrate his life will be held on at 4 p.m. Wednesday, May 31 at Kelseyville Lions Club.
