Robert W. Manka passed away May 19, 2006, at St. Helena Hospital. He was born June 23, 1937. Robert belonged to the Operators Engineer Local No. 3 for 50 years, and he was an honorary member. He is survived by his loving wife, Sharlene Manka, eight children and 17 grandchildren.
