CLEARLAKE ? An elderly Clearlake woman was found dead in her yard Wednesday morning.
A Record-Bee newspaper carrier found Virginia Thomas, 82, of Clearlake, non-responsive in her front yard Wednesday at approximately 6 a.m.
Clearlake Police Department and Lake County Fire responded, according to a report from the Lake County Sheriff”s Office. When the fire department arrived, they found that Thomas was deceased.
The Coroner”s Office began an investigation into Thomas” death and found that she died of natural causes.
