3:22 p.m. ? Vandalism reported on the 3300 block of 5th Street.
3:44 p.m. ? Party on the 14600 block of Palmer Avenue reports someone breaking into his house and starting fires.
4:23 p.m. ? Vandalism reported on the 3400 block of Jackson Avenue.

6:12 p.m. ? Male, 23, of Kelseyville arrested at Ridgeview Drive at Old Highway 53 for public intoxication; male, 13, of Lower Lake also arrested for throwing substances at a vehicle.
