LAKE COUNTY ? Caltrans has scheduled the following road work for today, Friday, June 16 through Thursday, June 22:
* Route 20 (42.7/45.3) ? A drainage improvement and pavement widening project from 3.8 miles west of the Lake/Colusa County line to 1.2 miles west of the Lake/Colusa County line will continue. Work hours are 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday. One-way traffic control will be in effect. Motorists should anticipate 20-minute delays. Estimated project completion date is December.
* Route 29 (5.7/6.4) ? Middletown Central Park Association has been granted a Caltrans Encroachment Permit to hold the Middletown Days Parade on Saturday, June 17 from 10:30 to 12:30 p.m. A full closure will be in effect; a detour is available. Motorists may experience 5-minute delays.
* Route 29 (25.2/26.7) ? Richard Siri Construction (for John and Amy Thorn) has been granted a Caltrans Encroachment Permit to construct a road approach near Konocti Forestry Camp. Work hours are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., weekdays. One-way traffic control will be in effect. Motorists should anticipate 5-minute delays. Estimated project completion date is sometime this month.
* Route 175 (1.1) ? Emergency slipout repair approximately 1 mile east of the Lake/Mendocino County line will continue. Scheduled work hours are 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. One-way traffic control will be in effect 24 hours per day, seven days per week. During scheduled work hours, motorists may experience intermittent 10-minute delays. During non-scheduled work hours, motorists may experience 5-minute delays. Estimated project completion date is August.
