1) Initial Study IS-02-04/Use Permit UP-02-04, 2185 Ogulin Canyon, Clearlake. A request by Tim Yarbrough to consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration based on Initial Study IS-02-04 for Use Permit UP-02-04. The applicant is proposing construction of a 5,000-square-foot metal fabrication structure.

2) Initial Study IS-05-05/Use Permit UP-04-05, 7140 and 7160 Old Highway 53, Clearlake. A request by Village Builders 98, LP to consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration based on Initial Study IS-05-05 for Use Permit UP-04-05. The applicant is proposing the development of two parcels, with one parcel into a retail center.

3) Initial Study IS-13-05/Minor Subdivision Application MSUB-06-05, 5335 and 5345 Weyland Avenue, Clearlake. The commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration based on Initial Study IS-13-05 for Minor Subdivision MSUB-06-05, as applied for by Marvin and Joyce Cooper, proposing a minor subdivision of a .74-acre parcel into four parcels.

4) Initial Study IS-03-05/Major Subdivision Application SUB-02-05, 2890 Old Highway 53, Clearlake. To consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration based on Initial Study IS-03-05 for Major Subdivision SUB-02-05, as applied for by Origin Construction, proposing a subdivision of a 30.69-acre parcel into 22 lots.

1. 9:05 a.m. Public hearing on reconsideration of a previously adopted negative declaration based on Initial Study (IS 04-05), for SDX 06-01. The applicant is Clearlake Estates, LLC proposing a two-year extension of time for an approved tentative subdivision map (SD 04-01). The project is located at 9555 State Highway 281 & 4619 Kaweah Road, Kelseyville.

2. 9:15 a.m. Public hearing on reconsideration of a previously adopted mitigated negative declaration based on Initial Study (IS 83-98), for MUP 06-10. The applicant is Jerry Campo, proposing a 40-foot by 100-foot metal building for Action Sanitary. The project is located at 12018 Spruce Grove Road, Lower Lake.

3. 9:20 a.m. Public hearing on application VR 05-05, for Ed Nickerman, proposing a variance to reduce the front yard setback on Butte Street for the construction of a single-family home. The project is located at 7147 & 7143 Butte Street, Nice.

4. 9:25 a.m. Public hearing on consideration of a mitigated negative declaration based on Initial Study (IS 05-70), for SD 05-13 and RZ 05-14. The project applicant is John Van Eck, proposing a tentative 16-lot subdivision map and a rezone from “U” Unclassified to “Rl” Single Family Residential. The project is located at 3640 Lakeview Estates Drive, Kelseyville.

5. 9:30 a.m. Public hearing on consideration of a mitigated negative declaration based on Initial Study (IS 05-43), for SD 05-05, GPD 05-08, UP 05-10 and RZ 05-22. The project applicant is Ruff & Associates, proposing a Tentative Subdivision Map for Villas Del Lago to create 120 residential lots with townhouses and common areas, a General Plan of Development, a Use Permit for a Specific Plan of Development, and a Rezone from “R1” Single Family Residential, “R3” Multi-Family Residential and “RR” Rural Residential to “PDR” Planned Development Residential. The project location is 3725 & 3755 Lakeshore Blvd., Lakeport.
