our 51st state
This letter is to all newspapers, Congress of the United States, the president of Mexico, all illegal immigrants and the President of the United States George W. Bush.
This is sort of a last-ditch effort to make history, it”s a very serious attempt to have everyone see what can result from a single action to make Mexico a state, the 51st state of the United States of America.
When Mexico is a state all illegal immigrants have to go back to Mexico to sign up for legal citizenship. It would take approximately five days to register, to secure special protection and enroll one”s name officially as a citizen of the United States with proper ID, etc. and return. There would be no green cards, no fences, no loss of life in the desert. All property in Mexico taken from anyone has to be given back and all jails have to have State Department of Corrections review, and release prisoners on decisions made by the Board of Parole hearings.
