For us to tolerate the bigots, bullies and despots among us says more about us than them. They have no shame when they spew their evil on us. They can be so cunning with their words. This allegiance of their free speech is admirable but where is the outcry from this community, our leaders? The Kelseyville School Board chose the right course of action. There may be hope for us. Thank you.
We have no right to be the judge or set the rules why someone would be offended. I may not understand why the words: Indians, warriors or chief would be upsetting to the Pomo or others that”s not my call. For us to say we”re sorry will not cut it. Maybe if our actions had been as loud as our rhetoric the Pomo people and others could move on and be at peace with us.
Bigots, bullies and despots in Lake County use and abuse those of us they deem not to be of their class. They are the ones who would burn books and send police officers to your home with third-person gossip from the courthouse. They will ask you to leave the county parking lot with your signs of protest while allowing Smith, Lewis and other county employees with their political signs. If that wouldn”t gall you, like true bigots, bullies and despots they are of the view it is their duty to abridge rights for redress of grievances. After all, to lie and cover up the lies are called for, they must save this this government.
