Lance Daniel Davis passed away at home on June 17, 2006, in Lakeport. Lance was born Aug. 14, 1986, and was a lifelong resident of Lakeport.

He is survived by his parents, Rebecca Jeffers of Lakeport and Richard Davis of Kelseyville; grandmother, Ruby Glebe of Kelseyville; half-sister, Michelle Torrance of Seattle, Wash.; aunts and uncles, Jeannette Vann, John (Vicki) Jeffers, Jim (Nancy) Elsa, Mark (Deborah) Reisbeck; cousins, Cinamon Vann, Todd (Casey) Elsa, Brian Reisbeck, Derek Reisbeck and Jeremy Jeffers; and many friends. He is also survived by special auntie, Suzette Slaughter, and by the Chadbourne family, Carolyn, Kenny and Leevi.

Lance attended Lakeport schools, including Natural High. He was an aspiring musician who spent many hours playing the guitar and writing songs. He was an artist who had won several awards for his work throughout his lifetime. He enjoyed playing chess, riding motorcycles, playing computer games, psychic endeavors and exploring the meaning of life. He was a great cook and smoothie maker.

A funeral service for Lance will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, June 23 at the Chapel of the Lakes, 1625 N. High St., Lakeport.

Visitation will be held from 1 to 4:30 p.m., Thursday, June 22, also at Chapel of the Lakes.
