Rosemary Smith passed peacefully June 26, 2006. She was born Jan. 3, 1926 in Fort Worth, TX. Rosemary was a graduate of Oakland Technical High School as well as Children”s Hospital Nurse”s Training School in San Francisco. She had been a resident of Lucerne since 1959. She had a life long interest in art and was known for her talent as a local artist. She leaves two daughters, Michaelyn Rene (Kelly) Van Patten of Bear River, WY and Jamie Allyson Ceredono (Tom) Carter; three grandchildren, Quincy Howard, Chae and Olivia Carter of Upper Lake.
