Bernard Wayne Lowry passed away June 30, 2006, in Clearlake. He was born July 26, 1939, in Oakland. He was a Lake County resident for 21 years.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 8, at Clear Lake Memorial Chapel. Arrangements by Jones & Lewis Clear Lake Memorial Chapel.
