Henry “Hank” V. Bouscaren, age 81, passed away on June 26, 2006, in Clearlake. He was born March 19, 1925, in Monroe, LA. Henry was a resident of Lake County for 40 years, formerly of Vallejo. He was in the US Navy and worked for Kaiser Steel for 21 years, and delivered newspapers for the Chronicle for 20 years. He was a member of the Fleet Reserve in Vallejo and the VFW in Clearlake.
Henry is survived by his wife of 34 years, Perley T. “Eileen” Bouscaren of Clearlake; brother, William (Betty) Bouscaren; brother-in-law, Thomas (Betty) Malley of Clearlake; nephews, David (Anne) O”Neal and Allen O”Neal of San Diego; Robert (Debi) Malley and Tom (Diane) Malley of Lake County; Tim (Lesleen) Malley of Anchorage, AK, and Stephen, Charles and Peter Bouscaren; nieces, Terrie O”Neal of South Carolina, Linda Samples of Valley Springs and Christine Bouscaren; multiple grand-nieces and grand-nephews; and multiple great-grand-nieces and great-grand-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, HV and Lelia Bouscaren; sister, Lelia Malley; and nephew, Richard Malley.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday, July 16, at 15936 23rd Ave., Clearlake.
