The topic of discussion will be “Hungry or Thirsty?” Nancy Perrin, manager of Pulmonary Rehabilitation at Adventist Health Redbud Hospital, will help differentiate between hunger and thirst, plus provide information on healthy eating while living with breathlessness and lung disease.
Meetings are free and open to anyone interested in learning more about chronic lung disease or breathing disorders. Caregivers are also welcome.
