LOWER LAKE — Sports physicals for Lower Lake High School athletes have been scheduled for Aug. 2 beginning at 6 p.m. in the Lower Lake High gym.
The cost is $12 per person. Checks should be made out to LLHS Athletics.
Athletes must have a sports physical and activities certificate on file before they can practice or play in any games. You are encouraged to go to www.lowerlakesports.com to download a copy of the activities certificate prior to the night of the sports physicals. You may pick up an activities certificate at the Lower Lake High front office.
Please bring your completed form to the physicals.
