KELSEYVILLE — Linda”s Hallmark has finished the 2006 Lake County Adult Softball Association women”s league season undefeated with a 12-0 mark.
With a bye on the final week of the season, the team will sit back and watch four other teams compete for the final three playoff spots. Playoffs begin Aug. 1 and Linda”s Hallmark will play the fourth-place team in the opening round.
Leading hitters for Hallmark this year are Phyllis Gabehart (.692 batting average), Michelle Snider (.622), Linda Banfill (.615) and Julie Kelley (.600). Lori Wilson was the winning pitcher in all 12 games and batted .571.
Other team members are Shalean Smith, Carol Dellinger, Maralan Gould, Kelli Brown, Linda Holden, Tasha Magana, Tammy Alakszay and Kirsten Jack. The team is coached by Gary Cambra and assisted by Rick Gabehart and Mark Dellinger.
