Patrick Caulfield passed away Aug. 6, 2006, in Clearlake. He was born June 6, 1956, in Waterford, Ireland. He was a seven-year Lake County resident.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 10, at Jones & Lewis Clear Lake Memorial Chapel. Arrangements by Jones & Lewis Clear Lake Memorial Chapel.
