The Clearlake Elks Lodge hosted an authentic Hawaiian Luau on Saturday, Aug. 5. Guests dressed in their best “aloha” garb gathered around the pit as Elk brothers raised the cooked pig from the ground. Longtime community contributor Jerry Eaton was especially interested in the pig process and took a front row seat for its extrication.
