Lyman Duane Buckmaster, left our family to find peace Aug. 21, 2006.
He was preceded in death by his son, Roman Buckmaster (Lakeport) February 2006; mother, Rosia Glea McDougal Buckmaster Schwartz (Fort Bragg) February 2002; and stepfather, Roman Caspar Schwartz (Fort Bragg) 1994.
He leaves his children, Leland Duane (Penny) Buckmaster of Lakeport, Brendalee Buckmaster of Montana and Sheryl (Brad) Champlin of Kelseyville; grandchildren, Andrew (Megan) Tremmel and Amanda Rose (Kelsey) Murdock of Montana, Bill Buckmaster, Daniel Jennings and Sarah Jennings of Kelseyville, and Samantha and Faith of Lakeport, great-grandchildren, Kayla Tremmel of Montana and Arya Jean Buckmaster
He also leaves his best friend and brother Rodger (Lynn) Schwartz of Ukiah; sister, Ramona Saoud and her family of Jordan Amman.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Shriners Hospital.
A memorial service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 8 at Our Lady of Good Councel Catholic Church (corner of Maple and Chestnut streets) in Fort Bragg.
