Josephine Mary Bucher passed peacefully in Lakeport August 28, 2006.
Born in Hammond, Louisiana to Christine and Anthony Scaglione, and raised in San Jose, where she in turn started her own family. Josephine was a mother and homemaker for 34 years. Her loves included her flair for antiques, landscaping, cooking and family. The family get-togethers she arranged will always serve as some of the fondest memories cherished by her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Dominic and sisters, Mary Jane, Virginia and Teresa.
Survived by brothers, Vincent (Maria) Scaglione of Kelseyville and Frank (Virginia) Scaglione of Brookings, Oregon. She also leaves five children, Robert, Carol, Jackie (Larry), Richard (Shannon) and Michelle (Tony); 14 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was loved dearly and will be sorely missed by all.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Sunday, Sept. 17 at Chapel of the Lakes Mortuary, 1625 High St. Lakeport.
