Peggy Jane Lyons passed away on Sept. 28, 2006, in St. Helena. She was born Dec. 20, 1924.
She was a resident of Lake County for one year.
She is survived by daughter, Casey Morgan; son, Donnie Frazier; sister, Sally Wilson; and grandchildren.
