I believe it”s time for a “change” in Hidden Valley Lake! Where in the United States does a candidate, including the HVL Association manager, serve longer than “one” four-year term without an election by the residents who are paying his or her salary? The democratic way is to be voted in by the “people” (“residents”) and re-elected if he or she is still wanted in office! We don”t need a monarch, czar or king! Enough!
Also, what does the statement mean, “Voting by the residents is only for those in good standing”? Who has the right to take away anyone”s voting right?
