Lamar Eugene Francisco Peters, age 35, passed away Oct. 14, 2006, in Clearlake Oaks. Lamar was born in Santa Rosa Dec. 17, 1970, and was a resident of Lake County for 30 years.
He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Theadora White-Peters of Clearlake; son, Joseph Peters of Clearlake; daughters, Brooke, Mary Renee, Stormy and Sophia Peters of Clearlake; mother, Loretta Kelsey of Clearlake; sister, Phyllis Wright of Woodland; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law and brother-in-law.
A traditional service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, at El-Em Indian Reservation in Clearlake Oaks.
