Patty passed with her family and friends by her side Oct. 23, 2006 at Lakeport Skilled Nursing, after a long illness. Born in Petaluma, she lived in Lake County most of her life and graduated from Clear Lake High School in 1974.
She is survived by her children, Evan and Kristina Kjos of Kelseyville; sisters, Cynthia Green and Kathy Hankins of Lucerne; brother, Brian Everhart of Lakeport; numerous nieces and nephews and many, many friends.
Preceded in death by her father, Jim Green, mother, Nancy Everhart and brother, Kenneth Green.
The family would like to thank Dr. Mark Turrill and staff, Lakeport Skilled Nursing and Hospice Services of Lake County.
Friends are invited to attend a memorial service at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 27 at Chapel of the Lakes Mortuary, 1625 High St., Lakeport.
