UPPER LAKE — The 13th annual Upper Lake Fire Department/Auxiliary Christmas Cheer Program for the Northshore areas of Blue Lakes, Upper Lake, Nice and Lucerne is well underway. New theatrical lighting for the stage has recently been installed in the theatre by Show Systems of Redwood Valley. Audubon”s Identify Birds Every Year

KELSEYVILLE — Parents and community members are invited to join the Lake County Child Care Planning Council for a presentation by Bruce Perry, M.D., Ph.D., an internationally known authority on children in crisis, at Konocti Harbor Resort and Spa. Dr. Perry will be speaking on January 11 from 12:30 to 5 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. A $15 charge will apply for the afternoon session; the evening will be free.
