In the letters to the editor published in the Record-Bee on Dec. 8, James Henderson says that the County of Lake does not have a complaint form for the public”s use.
Mr. Henderson is mistaken — there is such a form, which is available from the county”s Web site at http://www.co.lake.ca.us/countygovernment/admin/forms.asp. That page also provides contact information for registering complaints by email.
If Mr. Henderson does not have internet access, he may pick up a copy of the form at Lakeport Library, 1425 N. High St.
