Tom McGowan, 1910 – 2006, was a humanitarian and sanitarian. He left his lakeside home and the company of his good friend and companion, Betty, at midnight, Sunday, Dec. 17. He served in the public sector and worked all over the Asian world. He improved people”s lives, and will be greatly missed.
