LAKE COUNTY — Public Service s Director, Kim K. Clymire, announced today that the Eastlake Landfill and the Lakeport Transfer Station will be closed for holidays, Sunday and Monday Dec. 24 and 25 and again on Monday, Jan. 1, 2007.
The Lakeport office will be closed Monday and Tuesday, Dec. 25 and 26, and again on Monday, Jan. 1, 2007.
Normal operating hours at the landfill are 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. Normal operating hours at the Lakeport Transfer Station are 7:30a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, closing every Sunday and Monday. The Lakeport office is normally open Monday throught Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Timberline and South Lake customers with curbside services will have pickup one day later for the weeks of Dec. 24 and Dec. 31. For instance, if the regular pick up day is Monday,the pick up day will be moved to Tuesday.
Lakeport customers” curbside service will remain on the usual schedule. Director Clymire and the Public Services staff wish you and yours a happy holiday season.
