Lorie Ellen Nieto was born July 3, 1952 in Lakeport and passed away in the comfort of her home, Dec. 15, 2006, at the age of 54.
She was a giving person with a compassionate heart who enjoyed people and accepted everyone.
She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Tom; sons, Hardy and partner Barbara Baugh of Healdsburg, and Travis and wife Jun of Kelseyville; granddaughter, Elaina; grandson, Aidan; loving mother, Florine; sisters, Camela and Cindy; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Louis Taylor and father-in-law, Frank Nieto.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 28 at Chapel of the Lakes Mortuary, 1625 High St. Lakeport. Interment to follow at Hartley Cemetary.
