Leroy Wilbur Dunlop passed away Dec. 24, 2006 in Clearlake. He was born May 20, 1921 in Ohio, and was a 20-year Lake County resident. Leroy was a Bell Cap in the hotel industry. Arrangements by Jones & Lewis Clear Lake Memorial Chapel.
