Patricia Marie Holbrook was born Sept. 22, 1940 in Hollywood and passed away Dec. 30, 2006 in Kelseyville.
She was the beloved mother of John, James, Andrew, Marcus and Leslie, and loved by 14 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister, Mary and brother, Jim.
Donations may be made to Lake County Hospice or Leukemia Research.
