FAIRFIELD — Mendocino College fell behind 18-1 and ended up losing 68-44 to Solano College in a Bay Valley Conference women”s basketball game on Wednesday night in Fairfield.
Mendocino committed 41 turnovers in falling to 2-2 in the BVC standings.
The Eagles were as close as seven points in the second half. Kyra Plattte”s 17 points paced Mendocino, which is home Friday to play Los Medanos in Ukiah.
