The Squad and Footballs Deep continue to lead their respective divisions in Glory Days Flag Football action. Both teams are holding tight to 7-1 records.
The Squad nailed Upper Lake (4-4) with a 48-12 loss on Saturday, Jan. 13 at Haverty Field in Clearlake. Footballs Deep enjoyed a 26-19 victory over the Sandbaggers (3-4-1).
Lay”em Down (6-2) hangs right behind The Squad in Division I standings. Lay”em Down posted a 26-12 victory over the Young Guns (2-6) on Saturday.
The Clear Lake Cardinals (6-2) are hot on the heels of Footballs Deep in the Division II ranks. The Cards saw a 38-8 victory over Kelseyville (3-4-1) in its latest bout.
Glory Days Flag Football will play its final games in regular season play beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 20.
Play-offs are scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 27. The top three teams from each division will be given a play-off slot.
