Jackie Van Proyen, of Lakeport, passed away suddenly Jan. 15, 2007, at the age of 57. She was born in Los Angeles and lived in Lancaster and Mendota, Calif., before moving to Lake County over 30 years ago.
Jackie was a loving, caring wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Daryl Van Proyen; two daughters, Tracy (Ralph) Davis, and Renee (Juan) Lopez; father, Robert Carter of Anaheim; and three grandchildren, Maureen, Jacob and Nathon.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Arlene Waldron.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Private services will be held.
