Members of the Redbud Healthcare District took a peek at what their money bought on Tuesday, Jan. 23. Thanks to a generous grant from the district, Lake County Fire Protection District afforded this new 2007 Ford F450 4×4 emergency medical unit built by Leader Ambulance Builder. The ride, which is fully equipped for Advanced Life Support, has air link suspension, a complete Emergency Medical Services communication system and room for rescue and extrication equipment, allowing for response to a multitude of incidents.
