* A free bald eagle-viewing hike takes place Saturday, Jan. 27, in the Cache Creek Natural Area, led by natural resource specialists with the U.S. Department of the Interior”s Bureau of Land Management. Participants will meet at 10 a.m. at the Redbud Trailhead parking area, eight miles east of Clearlake Oaks. Additional hikes take place each Saturday though Feb. 24.
