LAKEPORT — Noel McCormack led the way with 13 points and Aaron Marshall added 12 as the Clear Lake Cardinals beat the Lower Lake Trojans 52-48 in a North Central League I interlock junior varsity boys” basketball game on Friday night at Clear Lake High School.
Corey Dillon added nine points as Clear Lake improved to 14-5 overall.
David Clark”s 26 points paced Lower Lake.
“He did a great job,” Clear Lake coach Chris Fisher said of Clark.
Fisher also was impressed with the play of one of his own players, Marshall.
“That”s two great games in a row for him,” Fisher said. “He hit the offensive and defensive boards well and passed well.”
