Richard Welter passed away Feb. 1, 2007 after a long fight with diabetes and heart trouble.
He is survived by his loving daughters, Melissa Welter of Washington and Laura Welter of San Francisco. Richard is also survived by his loving parents Harvey and Roberta Welter, Clearlake Park, Calif.
Richard was a resident of Sonoma County for over 35 years until he moved to Lake County. Memorial services will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 11 at Clearlake Park. Call 994-5432 for information.
