LAKE COUNTY — If you would like to attend the second annual Mendocino College Hall of Fame induction ceremonies, tickets can be purchased locally by calling Gary Taylor at 263-1447.
Tickets for the induction dinner are $35.
Five athletes are being inducted into the college”s Hall of Fame on Feb. 24 at Redwood Valley Cellars in Redwood Valley. Wine tasting begins at 6 p.m. and dinner follows at 7 p.m. Of the five, three — Ronnie Cruz (Clear Lake High), Tim Angiolini (Upper Lake) and Angela Mantele (Lower Lake) — are former Lake County high school standouts.
Cruz is now playing for the Kansas City Chiefs.
