LAKEPORT — Jerry Manuel Albo was arrested Saturday for allegedly attempting to steal large quantities of frozen meats.
According to the Lakeport Police Department, Albo, 42, of Kelseyville was observed by employees of Caf? Vasquez in Lakeport attempting to steal frozen meats from their freezer. Albo was apprehended by employees until LPD arrived and upon further investigation, was arrested on felony burglary and for violating the terms of his probation.
Albo is due in court Feb. 14 in Dept. 3, and could face up to six years in prison if convicted.
