Gladys Devine, a resident of Upper Lake passed peacefully Feb. 11, 2007, at the age of 72.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 16 at Chapel of the Lakes Mortuary, 1625 High St. Lakeport.
