And why doesn”t Lake County have a Rent Control Ordinance?
Half of our mobile home parks are owned by out-of-town owners, and many of them are avaricious and unscrupulous. The senior citizens and other low-income persons are being gouged unmercifully, and they have no legal protection. Let”s disarm the rapacious owners and protect our county residents. Tell you own supervisor “Now is the time to vote for a rent control ordinance.” Your help is needed. Tempus fugit.
