Road rage?
In many recent Readers” Views I”ve been reading about this road rage. I, too, commute from Lakeport to the Ukiah valley virtually everyday.
My family and I live in the country and with that comes narrow, winding, two-lane roads. We don”t have super highways for speeds in excess of 65 mph. I allow myself ample time to and from work just for these reasons: slow-moving trucks or cars, minimal passing lanes, and deer or turkey crossing.
My guess is the city slickers moving to our area for peace and tranquility have not left the fast-paced big city driving behind. Leave home earlier; allow time for such as these occurrences that happen on our country roads.
