* Celebrate International Women”s Day, Thursday, March 8, with Lake County Poet Laureate Sandra Wade, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Redbud Library meeting room in Clearlake. Bring a sample of work by yourself and/or a favorite woman author, poet, scientist, inventor, artist or singer, etc. to share with others. If there is a request to have the hours be longer (e.g. for teachers to bring their students), please let Wade know so that she can rent the space for earlier in the day.
